After
transporting,the chickens are cut. The cutting process is made by
hand one by one in accordance with Islamic rules. The most important
principal in the slaughterhouse is hygiene.
Our slaughterhouse has only dry-plucking system.
Plucking the feathers and cooling the chickens after cutting is
completely performed by air current. While process of cooling is
performed it isn't used water.
There is modern chicken process units which are
imported from Netherland in our slaughterhouse.
With these unit after chickens are cut they are processed and classified.
After chickens and chicken products are weighed
and classified they are prepared in accordance with our costumers'
demand and with frigofric case services deliver everyday to the
İstanbul.
